The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, Bavaria. The gross annual fee is at the start at about € 45,000 at a weekly working time of 35 hours. In addition, additional special payments under the collective agreement apply. The entitlement to this varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
