After a thorough introduction phase, you quickly take responsibility within our powerful team in the Capital Markets area. Your tasks at a glance: Securities technical support for securitisation vehicles under bond lines subscription rights, capital reductions, bond issues, Scrip Dividends, Squeeze-Outs) Financial support for capital measures (including capital increases with and without subscription rights, capital reductions, bonds, Scrip Dividends, Squeeze-Outs) Accompanying the exchange registration and listing processes for securities in the private and foreign capital sectors (including shares, bonds, ETPs) Implementation of public offerings and acquisition mandates (Tender Offers) Technical advice and support for companies, their managements and lawyers in structuring capital market transactions Coordination and coordination of projects and the parties involved (including stock exchanges, central depositors, public limited companies, lawyers)

You have a successfully completed economic studies or a successfully completed training as a bank merchant. You are also interested in capital market products and relationships. You have joy in dealing with people, take responsibility and pay attention to details. In addition, you are characterized by your safe handling of MS Office. Safe handling of Microsoft Access is advantageous.
