Implementation of the entire process of sending abroad from preparation to reintegration, taking into account and applying the respective country-specific legal situations (in particular social insurance, employment and residence, and wage tax requirements) and internal regulations of the BWI (possibly with the involvement of other internal specialist departments or external service providers) Accompanying and supporting the Assignees in preparation, during and after dispatch Communication with authorities in Germany and abroad Advising executives and project leaders from the point of view of cross-border personnel use Personnel Department consultancy on Remote Work Abroad issues (“Working”) Support in the design of principles concerning the use of BWI personnel abroad, taking into account the organisational and personal policy objectives of BWI (adaptation to the changed order situation Bw) Cooperation in the preparation of the related policies, processes and checklists

Completed studies focusing on human resources or comparable training professional experience in operational personnel work as HR general is absolutely necessary; Experience in an international environment or in the field of global mobility management Basic knowledge on cross-border work and in the fields of international labour, social insurance, residence and tax law Outstanding interest in compliance requirements related to international personnel use, in particular in the Bw customer environment High level of service orientation with pleasure in a wide range of tasks as well as strong team skills Self-employed, carefully shaped and targeted working methods, and willingness to take responsibility Organisational strength and reliability Intercultural competence, also enjoying their own experience abroad and enthusiasm for work in an international environment Very good knowledge of all MS Office applications, SAP knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage
