Senior Credit Risk Manager (m/f/d)

1. Method development and support As a Senior Credit Risk Manager, you take a central role in the further development of our risk management and actively shape the methodological basis: Support, further development and validation of quantitative models to assess and control credit risks, valuation calculations and rating & scoring models for the DTFSD portfolio Continuous monitoring of the risk-bearing capacity, derivation and continuous monitoring of the limit and the development of recommendations for action Responsibility for cross-methodic and organisational issues and their operational implementation for all key risk types Development and subsequent regular preparation of committee and ad hoc reports further development of planning instruments for the creation of address risk and valuation forecasts as well as their transfer and provision for operational planning
2. Technical responsibility for qualitative risk management You shape structures, processes and standards – and ensure that risk management remains effective both in terms of content and organization: Responsibility for the approach of risk management processes and the subsequent support and development of core areas, such as quantification and management of risks in the context of risk management measurement, risk inventory creation and risk strategy Conducting stress tests, simulations and analyses as well as timely response of ad hoc requests Technical contact for the topics responsible for all stakeholders as well as preparation and monitoring of audits by internal and external auditors
3. Project work Active cooperation in DTFSD and group-wide projects within the risk management sector – but also beyond

Complete study of (economic)mathematics or economics with a high methodological-statistic proportion (e.g. by corresponding study focus in quantitative methods), or comparable qualification. Experience in risk management or Risk controlling of a leasing company or a credit institution focusing on statistical modelling of credit and residual risks Experience in modeling and validation of rating models and score cards Extensive knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (MaRisk, CRR, EBA) and accounting rules according to HGB and IFRS Practical experience with statistics or mathematical software (e.g. SAS), programming knowledge (e.g. VBA) and routined handling with MS Office and Power BI Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking and strategic thinking and acting Safe handling in cooperation with stakeholders Good organizational skills, commitment and flexibility German and English skills
