Account Manager (m/w/d) Full-time, unlimited, Wiesloch bei Heidelberg, Konto und Wertpapierabwick, MLP Banking AG, to occupy

Within a motivated team with a total of six colleagues, you design your varied working day with the operational execution of orders and activities in the context of account management and are available to our specialist departments, MLP consultants and MLP consultants as well as to the customer service center as competent contact persons.

Discontinued: You are responsible for the communication with heirs, executors and estate courts as well as the final settlement of all estate cases of MLP Banking AG. This includes the collection of necessary documents for heirs, their processing, control and monitoring Administration: You first write balances, account, credit card and transfer confirmations as well as confirmations for offices in German and English, are responsible for the revision and adaptation of work instructions and assembles documents (e.g. for BAföG and pension insurance) for other departments Account setting: By regular account matching of defined accounts, you make sure that bookings are correct, differences are detected and the numbers are always correct Complaint processing: You process complaints, carry out research and deal with complaints in the area of account management Examination and processing of deletions: You check and process deletions of accounts and credit cards Processing of pledges: You collect, delete and control pledges for third parties and submit third-party debtor statements Contact person: You act as a competent contact person and provide information to audit companies

Qualification: You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the banking sector Experience: You have already gained first professional experience in commercial expertise within the financial services industry Expertise: You have knowledge of the estate processing and the back office area of the passive business Working: You draw your attention through strong communication skills, careful and conscientious working methods and a high degree of sense of responsibility and flexibility
