Social pedagogical work is part of an esteeming coexistence here and complements the nursing accompaniment through discussions, structure and expert assessment. Your activity is deliberately not created daily, but takes place on fixed days in a weekly change and allows a calm, continuous support of the residents and a close and reliable cooperation in the team. Social pedagogical accompaniment: You talk with residents on personal, social and psychosocial issues, accompany changes in everyday life and support stability and participation in stationary housing Integration talks and need clarification: The focus is on structured conversations with residents, relatives and experts involved, in order to categorize support needs professionally, evaluate developments and derive socio-pedagogical assessments. Behavior Management: You keep in mind occupancy, change and perspectives, align yourself with care and management and actively contribute your social pedagogical assessment in case of occupancy decisions Higher gradations accompany: changes in the need for support are assessed professionally, discussions are prepared and conducted and the necessary steps are coordinated with care, management and other stakeholders until implementation is carried out in close coordination with care, management and other stakeholders.
