Commercial employee in service case processing (Potsdam)

You are responsible for the independent processing, processing and tracking of service cases (hardware and software) You set up cost proposals and prepare invoices You document service-relevant data (e.g. system repair information) and provide it You manage the warehouse and care material bookings In addition, you take over the organization and execution of shipment and goods receipt/output (also in representation) You carry out inventory You apply RMAs (Return Material Authorization) and also edit them You receive customers and take over communication in the daily business (national & international)
