M&A Analyst und Beteiligungsmanagement (m/w/d)

Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück You code due diligence processes and evaluate risks and opportunities from a Finnish, legal and operational perspective You set up strategic/financial/operational reviews of possible scenarios for potential transactions You actively support the design and negotiation of contracts in different project phases You create convincing presentations and decision-making templates for our corporate bodies After successful acquisition, you develop detailed PMI plans and accompany the post-Merger integration and advise the operating units

You have completed an economic studies or a comparable qualification - ideally with the focus on finance or Mergers & Acquisitions. You have acquired professional experience in corporate M&A, BIG4-WP companies, investment banking or M&A boutiques You have first project experience in M&A processes and well-founded knowledge in common methods of corporate assessment and financial analysis/financial modeling You have strong networking and communication skills, combined with a pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and acting You have pronounced analytical skills that are paired with creativity and pragmatism
