Team Lead Financial Consulting (m/f/d)

Project responsibility: You control your own customer projects holistically – from the analysis and evaluation of project-related costs to the deriving of eligible potentials. This ensures quality, traceability and efficiency in implementation. Team leadership: You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of financial consultants and accompany their personal and professional development – through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback. Team development: You promote a performance-oriented and collaborative team culture, actively promote the team's exchange and support the further development and the structural development of the team. Quality & Processes: You ensure a high quality in delivery, keeps track of our processes and continuously identifies optimization potentials in working and implementation. Sparring & Interface Function: You act as a key player for your team and as a link to management and work closely with other Team Leads to establish best practices and promote cross-disciplinary topics. Operational excellence: Despite leadership responsibility, you remain operational, keep your own projects in mind and proceed as a model in the Daily Business.

Technical background: You have a degree in the field of BWL, Finance, Accounting or a comparable discipline and have a sound understanding in financial consulting or project-related finance environment. Professional experience: You have several years of relevant experience in the finance, consulting or funding environment and have ideally already gained first experience in the professional management or leadership of colleagues. Working methods: You work structured, independent and with high quality standards, keep track of several parallel topics and set clear priorities. Communication & Leadership: You are convinced by strong communication and coaching skills, you are confident and enjoy developing others and taking responsibility. Mindset: You think solution-oriented, trade proactively and want to actively contribute to the further development of our team and our processes.
