In your role as Head of Quality Assurance (m/w/d) lead and develop your 5-member team and are responsible for QS in operational day-to-day business.

Professional and disciplinary responsibility of your team of five employees from quality management and quality assurance Further development and strategic orientation of QS Conception and implementation of a contemporary quality pre-planning including interfaces to other disciplines such as R&E, production and project management Development and evaluation of QS key figures / KPIs for better management of the quality and consulting sector Establishing standards and best practices, including sharing knowledge through trainings and workshops

Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in mechanical engineering or a technical training with further training as a technician/master (m/w/d) Experience in quality assurance in the production environment, ideally in machine and plant engineering Knowledge of the machinery directive, CE marking and relevant standards and technical regulations are desirable. knowledge of the design and optimization of process processes as well as safe application of the most common tools and methods such as FMEA, SPC or Ishikawa Structured operation, problem-solving competence as well as the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
