Head of Finance (m/f/d)

You are responsible for our financial organization: You take responsibility for Finance & Accounting in our international multi-company group and manage the expansion and expansion of a scalable, structured and efficient financial function. You develop systems with meaning: You establish efficient processes, digital solutions and smart interfaces to CRM and BI systems.

You bring experience and passion: You have 4–7 years of professional experience in finance/accounting, ideally in dynamic, growing organisations or a tax consulting/audit with operational responsibility. You are confident in complexity: international multi-company structures, intercompany topics and standardized processes are familiar to you. You stand for technical excellence: You have a deep understanding of accounting and financial statements according to HGB as well as practical experience with DATEV and sound knowledge in planning, controlling and reporting. You lead people, not just numbers: You accompany your team from passion, promote development and create space for self-responsibility. A high degree of empathy and self-reflection is what distinguishes you. You combine structure with humanity, responsibility with courage and professionalism with real appreciation. You make data understandable and communicate sovereignly: You understand complex financial relationships in clear, comprehensible messages – addressable for management, leadership and external partners: to translate and prepare figures to give orientation, facilitate decisions and create confidence. You communicate structured, transparent and with calm sovereignty – even in challenging or critical situations. Technically bring you very good knowledge of work with tables and data analysis tools like Excel. You use analysis and BI tools to gain clear, implementable insights from numbers.
