Invented Damage Regulators / Specialists Liability (m/w/d)**

In this versatile role, you take on the independent processing and regulation of liability damage – from small property damage to complex major damage. In doing so, you bring expertise, ophthalmology and empathy into every decision. Complete processing of property, personal and major damage in the liability area (including animal holding, operating and hunting liability)

Examination of liability and coverage under legal and economic aspects

Communication and negotiation with claimants, policyholders, lawyers and external service providers

Control of efficient damage management including Recruitment and investigators

Accompanying legal proceedings together with lawyers / law firms

Management and documentation of large-scale damage in the inventory system and reporting of back-insurers

You also keep an overview in complex situations and understand how to communicate decisions in a comprehensible and valuable way. You'll also bring: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Multiannual professional experience in liability damage processing, in particular with personal and large damage

Knowledge of liability and compensation law and the assessment of medical documents

High service orientation, negotiation skills and a professional, safe occurrence

Own-sponsored, structured working with a pronounced organizational talent
