Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

Determining and receiving orders from the goods management system, performing inventory planning Perform enquiries, orders, date monitoring, booking order confirmations and shipping documents, maintenance and verification of invoices Ensuring the ordering of goods and services according to time and cost Complaint management and supplier assessment, including review of market-oriented pricing Holding and removal of supplier contacts New sources of supply Support for price, contract and price negotiations Article master care with all necessary parameters such as minimum stocks, recovery times, delivery conditions etc.

You have a degree in Business Administration or Economic Engineering, a completed commercial training (such as wholesaler and foreign trader, industrial or freight forwarder, trader (m/w/d)) or a comparable background with technical understanding Based on your multi-year professional experience in the technical purchasing of complex machines, plants or components, this area of activity continues to make you enjoy Knowledge of quality management and contract law are advantageous You are communicative, solution-oriented, creative and are happy to work on success in the team Safe communication in German is not a problem for you; good knowledge of English is desirable Your self-containing and structured work and your high self-motivation in implementing your set goals complete your profile Very good knowledge of office applications and a goods management system are provided
