We need you to:

As a technical directorin you are the first contactin for all Questions in the artistic and technical field. Your area of responsibility includes focus:

• Responsibility, organisation and ensuring the smooth operation technical sequence of all samples and presentations

• Total responsibility for the stage machinery of the stages Halle

• Management responsibility for all technical structures close to the stage, Theatre workshops and the Fuhrpark department

• creation of the technical production plan in close coordination with the artistic direction

• Examination of the technical feasibility of artistic projects (under Taking into account budgetary requirements) and controlling their implementation

• Monitoring and control of the budget for technical areas

• Responsibility for technical assistance and maintenance event and stage equipment

• Ensure the implementation and compliance of all safety regulations

You should be sure that:

• Complete studies in the field of theatre / event technology, Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual leadership experience in the technical field Theatre operation or in the event industry
• Experiences in dealing with artistic processes
• Funded knowledge in tariff law (TVöD or TVL, NV stage) and in legal and technical regulations such as procurement law, work and fire protection, assembly shop regulation
• Willingness to work in the evening as well as on Sundays and holidays

These skills would be desirable:

• A high degree of leadership and organisational competence
• Decision security and enforcement
• Communication and team skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Theasoft, CAD programs)
• Class B licence
