Part-time Controlling / Project Controlling Clerk (m/f/d)

We, the Fraunhofer Institute for Research Production Battery Cell FFB, have made it our task to become the center of the development of a modern and scalable battery cell production for Germany and Europe. We work every day to create an infrastructure that enables companies and research institutions to test, implement and optimize the production of new batteries close to the standard. This is how we design the battery cell production of tomorrow. In order to strengthen our controlling team, we are looking for two specialists (m/w/d), to take over the operational tasks in the project controlling (publicly funded projects / industry) and in the institute controlling (personal and overhead costs).

You support project controlling for publicly funded projects, industrial and other projects throughout the entire project life cycle. You support the planning and calculation of projects, including offering and project calculations. You'll envisage and secure the quality of project- and organization-related master data in controlling and ERP systems (e.g. projects, PSP structures, cost centers, jobs and partner data). You prepare the billing for industrial projects and implement it, including documentation and storage. You participate in the Institute controlling and ORG management, in particular by working in personnel and overhead cost controlling as well as in planning and organizational master data processes.

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. businessmen for office management, industrial merchants, tax professionals) or a relevant study. Ideally you bring first professional experience in project management, controlling, accounting or accounting. You have a strong numerical understanding and work carefully, structured and reliable. You have very good Excel skills; Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) is advantageous. You convince by communication strength and team orientation and are happy to work at interfaces with different disciplines.
