• You are a brand ambassador for s.Oliver, acting as a branch manager: at the same time, the role model function and thus for motivation in your team
• Not only with our customers and your employees you are in a busy exchange - you also have a direct wire to your area manager and the corporate headquarters and work closely with them.
• You are not only responsible for the optimal management of our sales areas, but you are also responsible for an appealing presentation of our collections - to ensure the success of the store
• As a coach of your team, you act in team meetings as well as on the area and are responsible as a manager in the context of personnel deployment planning for your employees to be in the right place at the right time
• You understand yourself as an entrepreneur and make sure that our KPIs are always up to date, targets are defined and thus corresponding sales promotional activities or Actions initiated
• You've been working in a comparable position for several years, ideally even in the fashion industry
• Also privately, you are passionate about fashion and strong brands - you are also in the Daily Business, whether in contact with our customers or employees
• As a passionate sales talent, the service idea is your first priority. At the same time, you have negotiation skills and know how to motivate your employees properly
• You could already demonstrate your leadership skills and as an absolute team player, you will transfer our corporate values to your employees
