They plan and control the production processes in the field of container interior construction in the team. They guide and motivate the employees who are assigned to you, ensure open communication and constructive cooperation. They support your employees and serve as a link between work preparation and production. They carry out the assignment of private and foreign personnel. You control the quality of running work until shipment. They constantly participate in the optimization of processes, identify and document improvement potentials. They control compliance with work, fire and environmental regulations.

(m/w/d), Zimmermann (m/w/d), Holzmechaniker (m/w/d), Dachdecker (m/w/d) or have a similar qualification. You can demonstrate a multiannual professional experience in the basic structures and at best have been able to assume responsibility in a production area.
