Over the past three years, our client in the Schwäbisch Hall area has recorded increased order intake and is a growth-oriented and agile company. For the location in Schwäbisch Hall we are looking for a committed and motivated candidate (m/w/d) at the next possible time. You develop and establish a holistic KPI system as well as operational control variables in the sales and operations environment. You are responsible for the cost calculation, create transparency about cost structures and analyze material flows as well as reject rates. You build meaningful reporting, create regular target/actual analyses and management reports and drive the use of modern tools as well as Power BI. You actively accompany the introduction of Microsoft Business Central as a key user, set up new warehouse and production reports and work closely with IT and specialist areas on the further development of ERP structures. You optimise operational processes along value creation, identify efficiency potentials and work closely with production, sales and supply chain. You act as a business partner of the management, provide sound decision bases and work closely with finance, IT and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors).

You have completed business studies with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification with relevant experience. You bring well-founded experience in controlling a manufacturing company and know production costs, material flows and value creation processes in detail. You master modern reporting tools, especially Power BI, and work safely with ERP systems - ideally Microsoft Business Central (NAV). You have pronounced analytical skills, a strong process understanding and a clear, solution-oriented way of working. You are strong in communication and are happy to work across areas, especially with production, sales, supply chain and management. You ideally have experience in private-equity-like structures, are open to changes and are driving improvements actively.

The gross annual salary is between 75,000 - 90,000 €, depending on professional experience and qualification
