As a support for the assistance in the social psychiatry (ASP), we have been offering various support services for people with mental illnesses for 40 years and with psychosocial stress in Hamburg-Bergedorf. At our various locations, different professionals work in interdisciplinary in dedicated teams.

To strengthen our teams at the Hamburg-Allermöhe site, we are looking for a part-time (30 to 35 hours/week) on 1 October

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Help, advice and guidance of our clients in everyday life management and support in integration-promoting measures
• Social and health-maintaining systems (Doctors, General Social Services, Social and Youth Administration)
• Relationship work – professional contact and relationship design as the basis of gelling aids
• Support in social and socio-administrative matters

We wish:

• Experiences in the support of people with mental illnesses or cross-comers from the field of child and youth assistance or the willingness to work on the issues of outpatient social psychiatry
• Self-employed, dedicated and team-oriented work
• High communicative and social skills
