Joint technical management in a small management team for Cruise Coordination in Customer Service (HLC Services). You develop the team professionally, actively support employees in achieving their target agreements and conduct feedback talks. You ensure a sustainable knowledge transfer through team meetings, training and workshops. You are professional contact for the team in complex cunning decisions & complaints from guests, travel agencies and internal interfaces. Our growth: You accompany the Recruiting for the Cruise Coordination division and take interviews in the search for new team members. You make sure the team maintains the defined quality and service levels. Your active participation in cross-disciplinary projects for the continuous optimization of processes is also required – from idea to go level. Operational day events: You are responsible for the timely preparation and handling of selected travels and are available internally as competent contact person for detailed travel and booking questions. In addition, you will enter group and charter partners along the entire booking process. In your role, you act as an important interface to the ships of our fleet as well as to internal areas such as product management, repentance management, sales and the airline department and ensure successful cross-border cooperation.
