We are looking for a shift manager Storage (w/m/d) in our Erlensee branch. What tasks do you take

You are responsible for the work security in the warehouse and the interface control including documentation. You control and monitor our processes and the operational quality requirements based on existing KPI. You work with the continuous improvement by initiating and implementing projects for improvement. You organize and run professional teams of different sizes, ensure correct loading and unloading by employees: inside with industrial trucks and optimal handling of the warehouse organization.

How to convince us Practical experience: You have completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics, ideally complemented by a qualification as a logistics master. You have experience in managing your own team as well as experience in a multi-user warehouse. Technical knowledge: You are familiar with processes in logistics and bring good IT knowledge, in particular with a warehouse management system (WMS e.g. SAP). You have a class B driver's license and a valid forklift certificate as well as a well-founded experience in handling push-mast trucks. You are familiar with dangerous goods or have first experiences in the field of hazardous materials storage. You have a valid reliability check and training according to 11.2.3.9 Nice-to-have: You have already gained experience in the air freight and knowledge of IATA DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations). Personality: You bring a good organizational and enforcement capability and create your positive attitude to motivate the team to achieve common goals. In your daily actions, the customer's satisfaction is always at the focus, but at the same time you always pay attention to costs and quality. You are flexible and can also deal with challenging situations. You also have knowledge of German and good English.
