Head of the S&OP workstream in the S4/HANA program #oneSAPnow to the successful go-live and rollouts, including migration, test and training coordination Close cooperation with GPOs to ensure the harmonisation of S&OP processes and their alignment with HENSOLDT's strategic objectives Close exchange with sales, program, engineering, production, purchasing and finance to ensure an integrated sales & operations planning process Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of S&OP processes and associated reporting Cooperation with the Business Management System (BMS) team to ensure current, certification-ready process documentation, compliant with regulatory requirements and organisational guidelines Ensure that the processes are lived in the company through communication, training and training

Complete study of business management, supply chain management or a similar field Multiannual experience in integrated planning, production planning or supply chain management Extensive knowledge of S&OP processes and methods Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ideal would be confidentiality with a planning software (e.g. SAP IBP, Kinaxis, etc.) and their integration into an end-to-end process design Detectional ability to manage complex situations and project teams and to promote cross-disciplinary cooperation Good communication skills and analytical thinking in complex environments
