You are thrilled with creative communication and want to learn more about modern personal marketing strategies? Do you want to actively participate in the further development of our employer brand and introduce innovative ideas? From June 2025, you will have the opportunity for 6 months to introduce your ideas and to work with exciting projects that continue to advance the employer brand. Support in the design, implementation and evaluation of employer branding measures Working with recruiting campaigns as well as creating social media contributions and content ideas Participation in the organisation and support of film and video productions Planning and implementation of career fairs and employer branding events

Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Business Psychology or a comparable degree course – ideally focusing on marketing, communication or personnel Interest in social media, creativity as well as a safe language feeling and text security in German and English Secure handling of MS Office products (especially PowerPoint and Outlook) Own and structured working methods as well as self-initiative, team capacity and high commitment, ideally complemented by first practical experience
