Analyzing change and development needs as well as accompanying managers, employees and teams through challenging change processes First contact for individual and team-related learning and development measures Planning and organization of targeted development formats and you carry them through or coordinate suitable trainers Maintaining the internal continuing training offer (strategic further development and keeping current trends in mind)

A completed study in the field of (economic)psychology, pedagogy or social sciences with a focus on human and organizational development Multiannual experience in personnel and/or organisational development, ideally in the energy environment or in a comparable industry Very good communication skills, empathy, safe occurrence, high degree of self-initiative readiness to travel
