For our team at Carsten-Lücken-Straße, we are looking for a engaged pedagogical specialist (m/w/d), preferably with a degree as Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.

Your main tasks include:

• Technical support, assistance and care of the client:individual assistance needs and professional standards
• Technical planning, design and implementation of individual day structures as well as group daily incl. Support planning and documentation
• Coordination and guarantee of residential business processes
• Own-sponsored reference service: technical cooperation with members, doctor: inside and workshop, as well as the preparation and updating of individual funding plans

You're bringing:

• a successfully completed training in medical education or a comparable qualification
• high sensitivity
• Overview and flexibility
• Reliability and team capability
• Class B licence
• safe handling of PC and MS Office
