Operational support in managing and coordinating the international DPM platform and implementing strategic and operational initiatives in the investment sector Implementation of product governance processes and relevant controls Responsibility for compliance with Group-wide guidelines and regulatory requirements Creation and further development of KPI, management and performance reporting Analysis of key risk indicators and derivation of necessary actions Working in and implementing regulatory initiatives Coordination of regulatory audits by revision, compliance and external auditors Contact person for organisational issues within the DPM platform Promoting efficient communication and cooperation between international sites

This is what we love: You have a university degree in business, economy or law, additional qualifications (CFA, CIIA, etc.) are advantageous Multiannual professional experience in Asset or Wealth Management or Management Consulting with a focus on Financial Services Solid understanding of investment products and portfolio management processes Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and governance processes in asset management High motivation to understand and continuously develop business processes Very good MS Office knowledge, affinity to AI and experience with reporting and data analysis tools Embossed communication and stakeholder management skills to advance cooperation between business and downstream teams First work experience in an international environment Very good knowledge of English and German, French language skills are advantageous
