The aim is to understand and optimise the customer experience – i.e. the entire customer experience with the brand – even better. This initiative introduces a software-based platform that consolidates and evaluates experience and operational data from all customer contact points along the entire customer journey, both from digital and physical interactions. The Customer Experience Measurement and Insights team is looking for support in rollout and project management. Your tasks: Support of the rollout
Support of market key accounts in communication tasks
Consolidating technical requirements of stakeholders
Assessment, prioritization and tracking of tasks in the project plan
Coordination with markets, regions, IT, development teams and external partners
Creation of presentations and reports for project management
Care and development of knowledge and collaboration platforms
Preparation of visual and textual content for internal events
With your work, you contribute to sustainably improving the customer experience at Mercedes‐Benz through data-based insights along the entire customer journey. You support the introduction of a modern CX platform and make an important contribution to the company's consistent customer orientation and innovative strength. The independent data processing and analysis are not your focus. Your mandatory internship with us can begin from the end of August 2026.
Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or related fields
Very good knowledge of English (German is of advantage)
Previous internships or student activities in the field of digital product launches are desirable
Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
