Leadership & Responsibility: Head of the team at the Customer Service Center with focus on technical support. Technical support: Product-related support for internal and external customers (national & international) Start-up & Error Analysis: Support for commissioning and troubleshooting in automation systems with Murrelektronik products Customer communication: expert advice and technical representation of the company Optimization & analysis: documentation and analysis of product deviations to improve processes

Completed studies in mechatronics, computer science or automation technology or completed training as technician/specialist with appropriate qualifications Basic knowledge of electrical drive technology and control technology required Experience with fieldbus systems such as PROFINET, EthernetIP, EtherCAT is advantageous Experience in managing teams in technical support or customer service for automation solutions Enthusiasm for IIoT, networked systems and the development of innovative digital services Very good knowledge of German and English, as well as international readiness (about 30%)
