The Ferdinand-Braun-Institut, Leibniz-Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik (FBH) is an application-oriented research institution in the fields of high-frequency electronics, photonics and quantum physics. The FBH researches electronic and optical components, modules and systems based on connecting semiconductors. These are key components for innovation in the social fields of demand communication, energy, health and mobility. The FBH has the entire value chain from design to ready-to-supply systems.

Strategic development & system maintenance Further development and continuous maintenance of the existing QM system Ensuring ISO 9001 certification and monitoring of standardity Participation in the energy team and support in ensuring and developing the energy management system according to ISO 50001 Support and coordination of QM personnel in the individual laboratories Operational quality assurance & compliance Creation and processing of event messages as well as the cause analysis and introduction of countermeasures (e.g. according to 8D) Monitoring compliance requirements in the areas of occupational safety and the environment Supplier management: Processing of quality-relevant issues and problems in exchange with suppliers Process monitoring: Monitoring of relevant meetings for monitoring measuring and testing equipment Auditing & documentation Coordination of internal and external audits Maintenance of the document directory Demonstration: Creation of declarations for products and testing of materials used for regulatory compliance Reporting & Authorities Management Ensuring timely reporting to authorities Monitoring of test periods (e.g. elevators, water, fire protection)

Complete university studies (master, diploma or comparable) in a technical or scientific field, such as chemistry, physics, engineering or related disciplines Found experience in building, maintaining and developing QM systems, ideally according to ISO 9001 Knowledge of process management, supplier management and compliance Experience in auditing, documentation, reporting and auditing of authorities Pragmatic, solution-oriented operation Advantageous knowledge of processes and plants in the semiconductor industry
