Supply Chain Manager Fruit and Vegetables (m/f/d)

As part of our O&G team in the field of Planning & Replenishment, you plan the quantities for our fruit and vegetable range End-to-End along the entire supply chain. These include the disposition from the countries of origin into our central warehouses (Hubs), the forecast creation at article level as well as the distribution to our sales outlets. You plan and determine the quantities for different fruit and vegetable products, taking into account the particulars of the product groups, the recovery time, seasonal characteristics and existing stocks. The previously analyzed KPIs, such as out-of-stocks, copies and predicted stocks, are included in your decision. Operatively, the MRP from the countries of origin, the rolling optimization in RELEX and the determination and implementation of optimal order quantities, including supplier communication, are your main tasks. You agree with your colleagues from the National Sales, National and International Procurement, the central companies, logistics service providers and suppliers in an interface function. In addition, you work closely with the procurement in the product and supplier strategy taking into account our KPIs and the tuning of quantity planning.

You can present a completed business studies with a focus on supply chain or a completed commercial training with a corresponding qualification. You already have several years of professional experience in supply chain management with a focus on planning/disposition of fruit & vegetables, ideally within the LEH. You have well-founded experience and expertise in the Fruit & Vegetables product group. Knowledge of forecasting and planning systems (e.g. SAP F&R, Relex) or allocation systems are desirable. You are a team player and you like to work in a dedicated team. You also feel comfortable in a dynamic and varied working environment and enjoy taking responsibility. Strategic, analytical thinking and methodological security are of course for you. A quick understanding characterizes your work, the prioritization and the meeting of responsible decisions are easy for you. Very good MS Office skills complete your profile (especially MS Excel).
