Head of Finance and Controlling (m/f/d)

You guide the team in the area of finance and controlling professionally and disciplinaryly, coordinate tasks and processes and promote the further development of your employees. You are responsible for financial and controlling – from business analysis, cost-effectiveness calculations and reporting to HGB quarterly and annual accounts, as well as planning and billing. You continuously develop processes, policies and internal reporting and ensure compliance, data protection, IKS and risk management requirements. You control cross-departmental projects, in particular in broadband expansion as well as in the introduction and further development of SAP (including SAP S/4HANA), and take over SAP module responsibility. You coordinate the creditor and debitor accounting, manage release processes as well as cooperation with management, audit, group and other internal and external interfaces. You take responsibility for special tasks and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of the company and the financial organization.

You have a business experience in finance, controlling, or accounting, and you bring well-founded knowledge in contracting and contract law. You convince with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and keep track of complex issues. You work safely with MS Office and SAP and use digital tools routined in everyday work. You meet decisions responsibly, work independently and reliably and think entrepreneurially. You communicate clearly, value-estimatingly and at eye level, work across areas and promote a trusting cooperation. You are characterized by high operational readiness, durability and flexibility and you have a class B driving licence.
