Senior Finance Manager - Treasury (m/f/d)

Strategic Cash Management: You take responsibility for strategic cash management – from the further development of the treasury directive to the banking harmonisation in the international business environment to the independent implementation of cash management projects. External corporate financing: You tax and negotiate external financing (e.g. bank loans, revolving credit facilities and possible new types of financing) and take over independent contract management, time-limit monitoring and consolidation optimization. Liquidity management & operating daily business: You work closely with colleagues in liquidity management and planning and, if necessary, take over the representation in the operating cash management day business. Treasury Reporting & Management Presentations: You prepare Treasury key figures for address and present them for management and CFO. Digitalization in Treasury: You actively participate in the digitization of treasury processes, recognize potentials and introduce your own ideas to make processes more efficient and sustainable. Cooperation in the financial environment: You work closely and in partnership with other financial departments as well as external partners and build stable, trusting relationships.

Technical background in the financial sector: You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking & Finance or a comparable training. Treasury and financing experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the Corporate Treasury or in the banking environment – ideally with direct reference to external corporate financing. Expertise in Cash Management & Liquidity: You have well-founded expertise in strategic cash management, liquidity management and financing structures. Tool and system competence: You are sure to go with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is advantageous. Affinity for AI & digital methods: You are curious about Artificial Intelligence, using AI-supported tools in your working day and build your skills step by step. Safe English in the international environment: You have good English skills in word and writing and can communicate safely in international contexts and with bank partners. Team skills & communication strength: You like to work with others, convince by a strong team capacity and communication strength and take colleagues along the way.
