Our client is a traditional industrial company operating throughout Germany with several production sites and strong market position as a supplier of well-known industries (also beyond the automotive sector). At the Bremen site, the Payroll team is currently stepping up to actively shape the further modernization course of personnel billing.

In this role, together with your colleagues, you will ensure smooth, timely billing of fees and make a decisive contribution to the development of the payroll sector technically, organizationally and processally. You take responsibility in a central group environment where you can visibly introduce your expertise.

Own implementation of monthly wage and salary bills with Paisy for a large group of employees, in particular industrial employees Maintenance of personnel master data and time management as well as preparation of evaluations, provisions and statistics Contact person:in for employees on accounting topics Ensuring legal requirements in tax and social security law Close cooperation with the central payroll team and the technical specialists Participation in the optimization and digitization of billing processes

You bring passion for precise and reliable pay billing Founded professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in the group or production environment Secure Paisy knowledge is mandatory Good knowledge of tax, social security and labour law Experience with complex types of wages (e.g. chord or layer systems) Good knowledge of tax and social security law Structured work and a high sense of responsibility Team-oriented personality
