Social pedagogue as head of vocational integration classes (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team at the Kolping Academy in Donauwörth, we are looking for an apprentice (m/w/d) as a social pedagogical specialist for professional integration classes with management responsibility in parttime with 20 hours a week.

Tasks

• Social pedagogical support of pupils in occupational integration classes
• Control and support for teaching staff
• Support for difficult participation cases
• Support for internship and training placement search
• Cooperation and communication with the cooperating schools and external partners
• Technical management of pedagogical and social pedagogical professionals
• Co-responsibility in personnel management, planning and development
• Participation in cross-site bodies
• Acquisition of representations of the training team

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in the educational field (social work, social education, Bachelor of Education or comparable) (m/w/d), cure nurse (m/w/d) or similar) with relevant professional experience with the target group
• Empathy and enforcement
• Embossed communication and organization skills
