Credit Risk Officer / Credit Officer (m/w/d) Commercial Real Estate Financing

For our Frankfurt am Main or Düsseldorf locations, we are looking for a Credit Officer / Credit Officer (m/w/d) with a focus on commercial real estate financing. In this position, you take over all tasks arising within the Credit Risk Management department as part of the application processing and processing as well as ongoing monitoring.

Processing of loan applications for new and existing customers (commercial real estate financing and real estate projects) including the assessment of the financial and economic situation Collection / plausibility of customer ratings Creation of the Second Votum Making credit decisions under the granted competence Assessment of collateral / plausibility of assessments Preparation of decision-making templates for internal banking bodies Creation of credit and collateral contracts Maintaining data in the core banking system Return monitoring of contract documents and processing of transactions from payment to repayment Requirement of current disclosure documents and preparation of internal annual templates Accompanying commitment in intensive care

Successfully completed bank-business training and/or an economics degree Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Experience with regard to supervisory innovations Safe handling of current MS Office applications Reliable and independent mode of operation, high degree of initiative and joy of decision Embossed team skills and secure communication skills Knowledge of English in Word and Writing
