Influence: Content and strategic as well as personnel and budget responsibility for all medical activities in the area of indication Line management, target definition, motivation and development of scientific/medical staff as well as the MSL in the indication area Self-planning and implementation of an integrated and coordinated medical strategy as well as innovative medical activity plans (publications, advisory board, medical education etc) with members of the medical team and in coordination with the x-functional team in the indication area Ensuring synergies within Medical Affairs Oncology (national and international) and x-functional Responsibility for the medical content of Market Access activities, dossiers and opinions, as well as all materials with potential external effects in the area of indication ensuring the communication of medical-scientific information within the framework of external enquiries, MSL interactions and non promotional medical education; Responsibility for the creation of Medical Information Content Responsibility for the implementation of all corporate governance and compliance regulations for all medical-scientific activities in the indication area including scientific-medical approvals Responsibility for the medical-scientific evaluation of new therapeutic approaches and the pipeline as well as classification into current therapeutic schemes Medical-scientific responsibility for the strategic development and implementation of LCM projects and local and global (Medical Affairs) medical projects (e.g. local clinical studies, NIS) Support for the implementation and implementation of AZ-gesponorte Studies in cooperation with Clinical Operations Strengthening and expanding contact with external experts, research institutes and associations within the framework of medical and scientific issues and projects Responsibility for the positive development of the external scientific perception of AZ in the indication area Representative of the Indicative Area (medical) in local, European and global senior management teams
