Description

• As Senior Industrial Engineer (w/m/div.) plan and improve the machine park and model machine capacities.
• They regularly perform plan-actual comparisons to machine performance.
• For the interfaces for capacity planning and work plan creation, you will be responsible for the required basic data.
• They identify potentials for improving economic efficiency and drive implementation in the areas of expertise.
• The tools for industrial engineering and capacity planning are continuously developed.

Qualifications Education: Completed studies (Master/Diplom) of STEM subjects, economic engineering or comparable relevant qualifications Experience: Multiannual professional experience required as well as professional experience in the semiconductor industry desirable, ready-to-use practical methodological knowledge (REFA, Six Sigma, Lean), formulating algorithms, applying IT and programming, visualizing data, simulating processes Personality: Motivated, team-capable, durable and strong communication Working method: Own responsibility, structured, result- and quality-oriented as well as reliable Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
