Conception, implementation and continuous development of global HR processes, guidelines, standards and sytems for the Rosenberger Group Control and implementation of international HR projects for the strategic development of personnel work Analysis, harmonisation and optimization of existing HR processes and HR systems with the aim of efficient, standardized and forward-looking personnel work Advising and supporting local HR in the introduction and implementation of global HR processes, guidelines and instruments Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements in the HR environment, including audit preparation and monitoring of cross-site audits Development and implementation of HR governance structures and definition of roles, responsibilities and process standards Identifying potential for improvement and deriving appropriate measures to increase efficiency, transparency and quality in HR processes Working with strategic initiatives and transformation projects in the international HR environment Creation of decision bases, concepts and recommendations for action for management

Complete study of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Organisational Development, Personlamanagement Multiannual professional experience in the international HR environment, ideally focusing on HR processes, HR project management or HR governance Detectable experience in the management and control of cross-border HR projects Embossed understanding of modern HR processes and HR systems High process and system affinity as well as experience in process design and change management Structured, analytical and self-sponsored operation with pronounced implementation strength Strong communication personality with strong consulting and service orientation Strategic thinking combined with economic understanding and pragmatic hands-on mentality Intercultural competence and experience in cooperation with international stakeholders Very good German (min. level C1) and English knowledge
