A well-established industrial company from the cable industry, known as a demanded specialist for high-quality connection solutions, is looking for an employee (m/w/d) in production at the next possible time to strengthen its production team at the Pleinfeld site.

Roughs, adjustments and monitoring of production facilities in the area of round cable shields Independent implementation and complete documentation of quality controls Visual testing of pre- and final products to ensure product quality Early detection and elimination of disturbances in the production process Participation in the optimization of production processes in close coordination with department management

Complete technical or craft training - e.g. as Machine and Plant Manager (m/w/d) - or several years of professional experience, ideally from the cable industry Ready to work in 3-shift operation Safe handling of common software applications (e.g. MS Office) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; Basic knowledge of English of advantage Embossed technical understanding and solution-oriented working
