Organizational development for large-scale projects (m/f/d)

Configuring organisational structures: Actively participate in the implementation of the matrix organisation and develop concrete measures to improve cooperation between the line and program organisation and control its implementation Coordinate knowledge exchange: organize formats for the exchange of experience between organizational units and actively accompany learning processes Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: moderate regular rounds of votes and act as a link between different program operators Promote change acceptance: detect resistance and concerns early, develop solutions in close coordination with the senior organisation developer and strengthen readiness to change Supporting cultural change: support cross-functional teamwork through targeted measures and promote constructive feedback and learning-oriented error culture Develop PM standards: Supporting the project management team in process standardization and strengthening project leaders through specialist work Conduct workshop formats: Design, organize and moderate interactive events and edit workshop requests from the organization Coordinating the organisational development team: take over the operational team control and act as the first respondent for ongoing OE activities Enable Change Network: Identify Multipliers in the Program, Connect continuously and Win as Ambassador for Change Strengthen customer orientation in the operating team: establish customer-oriented working methods together with the operating team and advance the long-term service-oriented focus on customer needs

University degree in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, psychology, social sciences or comparable studies. Mind. 3 years of relevant experience in the organisational development of large projects Mind. 3 years of experience in project management and change management Proven experience and expertise in communication and mediation, especially in dealing with critical stakeholders Very good linguistic and written expressiveness in English and German at native language level (at least level C2) Certification, such as IPMA Level D or PMP, Change Management (e.g. Prosci) Remarkable: Experience within the energy industry Very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications Experience in change management Knowledge of the application of AI tools (for example ChatGPT, Claude) Experience with OKR
