Independent work preparation for complex infrastructure, tunnel and engineering projects during the offer phase Development of workflows, construction phases, propulsion and device concepts as well as creation of formwork and scheduling plans Performance determination for continuous and cyclic propulsion Planning of construction site equipment and building logistics Analysis of optimization potentials and evaluation of opportunities and risks in planning and construction processes Development of special proposals and alternative construction processes for shortening construction times Creation and support of subcontractor and supplier requests as well as support of the offer calculation Organisation, leadership and coordination of the team within the offer management and support of ongoing projects (start phase, supplements)

Completed studies in civil engineering, construction engineering or a comparable qualification – ideally focusing on tunneling or infrastructure engineering 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the construction management of tunnel construction projects (continuous and/or cyclical advance) Found experience in working preparation and scheduling in tunnel or infrastructure construction Very good knowledge of relevant technical regulations, e.g. VOB Precise, structured and time-oriented mode of operation and high quality standards Team player*in with strong communication skills and technical understanding Flexibility and readiness to travel within Germany, including long-term construction sites Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
