Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Test-/Trainingssupport SAP S/4 HANA Ettlingen | Part-time, by agreement | from now on | terminated until 28.02.2027

For our large transformation project S/4 HANA we are looking for competent support in the field of test & training support.

You support our test and training support team as part of our SAP S/4HANA introduction. The role is ideal for students who think analytic, work structured and like to support interdisciplinary.

You will become a central part of the test organization and help to cleanly prepare, document and complete all test activities. Get involved now!

Test support and quality assurance Maintenance and release of test documents, test cases and checklists Support for the implementation of integration tests and user acceptance tests (UAT) Keeping open points, defects and test progresses (e.g. in Jira / Xray) Training organisation Support in planning and training Creation and maintenance of documents (films, guides, overviews) Coordination of participant lists, rooms, appointments and feedback Storage and documentation Building a clear structure for documents, versions and standards Ensure quality, consistency and completeness of all documents

Studies in Business Informatics, BWL, Computer Science, Media Management, etc. Analytical, structured work is your Interest in software tests, ERP systems or process logics Ideally first experience with SAP S/4HANA, Jira, or training documents (not necessarily required – we support learning) Joy in working with many stakeholders desire to organize things, to lay down and track them properly Proactive thinking & lust to take responsibility Very good German and good English skills (French or Polish are also welcome)
