To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking from the Goslar area, Salzgitter for the fastest possible date: Production staff as Head of End Control (Internal Lights) (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Purpose: Ensuring the product quality of finished inner lights – from serial production to individual parts production.

Then a responsible key position awaits you with us: Leadership & Responsibility Discipline leadership and further development of a team of 4 employees Promoting sustainable quality and improvement culture Quality and final consumption Determination, implementation and maintenance of test plans, quality standards and approval criteria Final acceptance of products before series release Release responsibility for defined product families Process and testing planning Development, documentation and continuous optimization of your own responsibility Preparation and maintenance of test equipment, test plans and test regulations Ensuring traceability of components Standards, Audits & Compliance Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (CE, UL, VDE) Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits Follow-up of measures and continuous improvements Documentation & Reporting Preparation of test reports and deviation and CAPA documentation Construction and maintenance of dashboards to relevant quality indicators Security, cost & efficiency Ensuring safety in all testing processes Compliance with environmental and safety requirements Optimization of reject rates, throughput and setup times Sounds like a lot? Complete technical or electrotechnical training or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the field of final control / quality, ideally in lighting or related industries leadership experience as well as pronounced analytical and organizational skills Safe handling of popular QM tools (e.g. SPC, 8D, CAPA) Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (CE, UL, VDE) Experience with MES and ERP systems of advantage
