Steering and Coordination Officer

For the BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH, we are looking for you at the next possible time as a speaker:in control and coordination at the Berlin site in an indefinite position. You have expertise in management systems as well as experience in maintaining a company-wide rule and interest in contributing to the change in heat generation in Berlin. A part of your activity will be the implementation of the requirements of the Supply Chain Order Code (LkSG). Your tasks You participate in the support and further development of the integrated management system, while an important part of your work is the implementation of the requirements of the Supply Chain Care Code (LkSG). You participate in the creation, updating and further development of integrated management system regulations and work closely with stakeholders. You secure the interface to process management in the company and focus on freedom of objection between regulations of the integrated management system and processes. You perform tasks related to maintaining management systems, e.g. planning and monitoring of certifications or management reviews. You develop concepts for the solution of building or running organizational questions, implement them if necessary and thus support the maintenance of a legally secure organization. You support the development and development of digital solutions in the area of the integrated management system.

Your profile You have a successfully completed university/higher education, ideally focusing on law, management systems, compliance, sustainability management, economic engineering or comparable areas. You have already gained experience in a comparable position, i.e. in the implementation or maintenance of management systems, such as work protection or environmental management system, or as an agent with reference to the LkSG. You have practice-proven know-how on energy and/or corporate/organisational regulations and regulations. You can communicate well and bring the necessary negotiation and enforcement skills if necessary. You work in a solution-oriented and self-sponsored manner, but also supportively, thus achieving good results. As a team player:in you have fun working with colleagues and other stakeholders. You are safe to use MS Office standard software and have optimal knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI or Quentic. German language and writing (at least level C1) are absolutely necessary.
