Engineer Technical Building Services (TGA) and Specialist Administration Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) (m/f/d)

Planning, preparation, monitoring and accounting of investment projects as well as the necessary repair measures in industrial engineering (heating, ventilation, sanitation, technical gases and installations necessary for operation) Ensuring the operator's obligations related to the technical infrastructure at the UFZ sites (planning, organisation and monitoring of necessary checks, maintenance, repairs and renewals) Responsibility for the maintenance of existing documents for the associated technical installations Participation in the development of quality standards in the field of industrial technology Technical administration of the CAFM system

Successfully completed study of technical building equipment (TGA), utility technology, building technology, building climate or comparable qualification Safe handling of CAFM systems Knowledge of technical building equipment, in particular heating, ventilation and air conditioning Ideally relevant professional experience in the areas of planning, consulting or construction Experience in the field of technical gases and drinking water hygiene Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. DIN, VDI) Impressed social competence, high level of team capacity Self-employed, careful and structured work High readiness for responsibility and performance, initiative and a high degree of flexibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing or the willingness to further improve it
