For our location in Oerlenbach we are looking for a Change Manager (m/w/d). If you move for the location and your home address is at least 80 km from the location, we will support you with a moving package.

Operations is the driving force behind Amazon. This central business unit allows us to efficiently process and send orders so that our customers receive their articles on time. As a change manager:in you make sure your location works perfectly to meet the requirements of our customers. You will take over various projects in our network to drive productivity. Your main tasks: Management of process improvement projects, integration of stakeholders and coordination of goals Monitoring and management of the location-related investment and process improvement budgets to implement effective improvements Head of Non-inventory Supplies and Waste Management at the Site Cooperation with the Leadership Steering Committee on Priority and Implementation of Improvement Initiatives Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through Cause Analysis, Standard Work, 5S and Andon A day in the life A typical working day: You will work at one of our sites and make sure that it is as productive as possible. Your main task will be the complete control of current location changes and compliance with requirements; You ensure that the site understands, accepts and implements all changes from global and EU initiatives, and is responsible for progress controls. You guide the non-inventory Supplies and the Waste Management of the site and report to the location management.

For this position we expect: proven experience in project management, quality management or process optimization, ideally in the field of manufacturing, production or logistics Experience in communication with different stakeholders, including colleagues Experience in the use of data and business writing skills to influence decisions Advanced knowledge of German and English in word and writing Preferred qualifications: One or more of the following qualifications would be a plus: A degree of study Knowledge in a statistical program (e.g. Minitab) and SQL Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Asana, Playbook) Experience in customer order processing JOBV1_EN
