Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Professional experience in project management about all project stages and areas of action AHO, in particular in the field of planning management and in the oral and written handling of various project actors souveränes expertise especially in German construction legislation and in the recognised rules of technology the ability to differentiate within the different application variants and project compositions and to align and vary their own performance and the movement frame a constructive approach and method Organisational ability, communication capability, ability to change perspective, customer orientation and team play Joy of work in large project teams
