Accompanying people with cognitive and multiple impairments in a self-determined life – With your skills and power, you give the user:in our 24 stationary homes assistance in everyday affairs. As part of your work at the Johann-Kraeft-Haus, you support people with cognitive and multiple impairment on their way to self-employment. We are looking to strengthen our team.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Location: Bremen in full or part-time

Your mission with us:

• Support of participation in life in society according to individual needs
• Implementation of individual assistance in the context of participation planning according to the nine areas of the ICF criteria
• Performance of tasks in the context of documentation and reporting
• Implementation of network work (with members and external contacts)
• Opponent in crisis-like everyday situations
• Participation in internal committee work
• Implementation of administrative activities
• Takeover of care activities
• Participation in initial discussions
• Participation in conceptual development of pedagogical work
• Ensuring compliance with the facility-related home order

Your qualifications for this mission:

• Complete training in medical education, nursing and health care, nursing, ergotherapy or comparable training
• Ready to work in shiftwork
• Organisational ability, flexibility and team spirit
• Creativity and empathy
• Self-responsible thinking and action
• EDP knowledge

For this mission we offer you:
