You take over the independent and result-oriented leadership of the areas of handling, operations (regional traffic, route traffic, handling) and service

You are responsible for management staff in the three areas mentioned

The strategic orientation along the overall corporate strategy as well as the planning and control of the area of responsibility lies in your hands

With your know-how, you can play a key role in building efficient workflows

You are responsible for the continuous optimization and further development of work processes, results and quality at the site

You take care and further development of the customer base in close coordination with sales

In addition, you are contact person*in for in- and external interfaces and report directly to the branch management

You are also responsible for the control and strict compliance of regulations (e.g. occupational safety)

You are an all-rounder in the field of land transport and want to demonstrate your previous experience

You have successfully completed your special training and have several years of professional experience in the field of road with a focus on piece goods

You bring well-founded leadership experience and ideally have it in construction or construction. Change processes already introduced

Your knowledge in the area of key figures and operational evaluations are covered

You work targeted and structured and bring the topics to the point

You are resilient and strong in communication in the internal and external relationship

You show a sovereign occurrence and enforcement

General willingness to travel
