In the Allendorf (Eder) site, a dynamic working environment awaits you in which you can complete your skills.

• You serve and monitor production machines and ensure a smooth run.
• You carry out quality controls to ensure the high standards.
• You support maintenance work and contribute to maintenance of the machines.
• You actively contribute to process optimization and contribute to efficiency improvements.
• You are responsible for compliance with security policies and ensuring work security.

You don't need years of experience to start with us – we rely on motivation and willingness to learn! To be successful, you should still bring some important requirements:

• Ideally, you have first experience in production, but are also welcome if you are a motivated cross-comer.
• You bring craftsmanship and technical understanding.
• You work conscientiously and are reliable.
• You are ready to work in shiftwork and have no problem with flexible working hours.
• You have a quick understanding and are physically resilient.
